Highway 34 is now fully open from Loveland to Estes Park
Storm Mountain and Cedar Park residents with credentials are able to go into the voluntary evacuation areas
PURPOSE: Re-Entry Credentials will be required for post-fire access to the areas impacted by the Alexander Mountain Fire. Property owners must present these credentials to gain access to the impacted areas noted in the table below.
Credentialing is essential to ensure that only residents and property owners are accessing their properties while still keeping these areas closed to the general public and media, reducing opportunities for looting. This also helps us to quickly allow people into the community without causing a long queue at roadblocks and impacting roads being utilized by fire personnel.
The credentialing process began for residents and property owners from the Storm Mountain and Cedar Park communities beginning Monday, August 5th. Specifically, property owners and residents for the following locations must obtain credentials to access the area:
If you do not live in one of the above-mentioned areas, please do not come to a credentialing location. If you are currently evacuated but do not live in the above-listed area, re-entry credentials are not necessary..
