Citizen Review Panel

The Citizen Review Panel reviews and makes recommendations concerning grievances of alleged inappropriate conduct by Larimer County Department of Human Services personnel in the performance of their duties under the Children's Code when the internal resolution process has not been successful.

Membership Requirements:

• Demonstrable personal or professional knowledge and experience with children
• Not employed by or agents of the State of Colorado or Larimer County Department of Human Services
• Resident of Larimer County and at least 18 years of age
• No conviction for a felony or child abuse
• No substantiated claims for child abuse or neglect in the state Trails database
• At least one member shall be the parent of a minor child

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the requirements are met, a background check will be required before any official appointment can be made.
