Meeting Agenda and Minutes

Purpose: The Regional Opioid Abatement Council administers the regional share of Opioid Settlement funds. It was established via an intergovernmental agreement in 2022 in response to the Colorado Opioids Summary of Memorandum of Understanding, dated August 26, 2021. 

The Regional Opioid Abatement Council consists of representatives of Larimer County, the City of Loveland, the City of Fort Collins, the Town of Wellington, the Town of Estes Park, and the Board of Health. Larimer County is acting as the fiscal agent for the region. 

Authority: The Regional Council has the authority to decide how funds allocated to the region shall be distributed, in accordance with the Colorado MOU, and shall authorize the fiscal agent to execute agreements accordingly. 

Transparency: The Regional Council shall operate with all reasonable transparency and abide by all Colorado laws relating to open records and meetings.
