What do I need?
What you need:
- Your Colorado Certificate of Title
- Depending on your situation, you will need to supply one of the following
- Divorce Decree
- Marriage Certificate
- Court Order legalizing your name change
- Complete the back of the title - see example
- Old name in the seller’s section
- New name in the buyers section

- Your application will remain in a hold status until the original certificate of title with supporting documents and payment is received by our office
