Housing Affordability

Larimer County recognizes the key importance of housing options that are accessible to and attainable by our hardworking citizens.  The Economic Development Department and County Manager's Office are active participants in the NoCo Housing Now Coalition (NCHN).  This campaign seeks to assure that the critical regional issue of housing affordability is being discussed on a regional scale. 

Broadband Internet

Our department works closely with the Larimer Broadband Program. Broadband internet access is a critical service contributing to the economic health of any community. Larimer County is actively exploring and working to foster the best long-term internet access options for our communities. The Broadband program provides more details on their efforts and quarterly program updates on their website.
