Larimer County Public Health Orders
February 12, 2022: Rescission of Mask Order
October 15, 2021: Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute §§ 25-1-506, 508, and 516, and other applicable law the Public Health Director for the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment has issued a Public Health Order requiring face coverings to be worn in Public Indoor Spaces within Larimer County in order to control and mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) to maintain health care capacity in Larimer County. The order requires mask-wearing in all public indoor spaces for all individuals 3 years and older regardless of vaccination status. The order was
On September 9, 2021, a Public Health Order (PHO) was issued to Resurrection Christian School requiring Resurrection Christian School to implement best practices to control an ongoing outbreak at the school. On September 15, a supplement to the PHO was issued to require the wearing of face coverings in indoor areas of the school, including students, faculty, staff and visitors, regardless of individual vaccination status. The only exemption to this requirement is for individuals who cannot tolerate masks due to medical reasons. These orders were rescinded on 10/25/21.
