Second half property tax payment deadline June 15; Personal Property Tax payment plan for business owners

Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee Irene Josey reminds taxpayers that all property taxes must be paid by June 15 to be considered timely.  The June 15 deadline is for taxpayers who pay their taxes in two equal installments; the first half was due February 28.

On recommendation from the Larimer County Sheriff, the Board of Larimer County Commissioners at their regular Administrative Matters meeting on May 10 let the current fire restrictions in unincorporated Larimer County that were put in place on April 27 end today, May 11, 2022, at 6 p.m.

Larimer County submits Quarterly American Rescue Plan Act Compliance Report

Larimer County on April 29 submitted its Quarterly Compliance Report, explaining its use of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) under the American Rescue Plan Act. The Compliance Report shows that Larimer County has expended just over $9.5 million of its $69.3 million SLFRF allocation.

First and foremost, it should be easy to identify governments on the internet, and using a .gov domain shows the website is official. The public shouldn’t have to guess whether the site they’re on or the email that hits their inbox is genuine.
