Business Personal Property Notices of Valuation mailed
Notices of Valuation for owners of Taxable Business Personal Property in Larimer County will be sent out by the Larimer County Assessor during the first week of August.
Owners of Taxable Business Personal Property who wish to protest their valuations may do so during the appeals process which runs from Aug. 3 to Aug. 20, 2020.
During the protest period, the Office of the Assessor is unable to meet with business property owners in-person who wish to protest their property valuations, by following public health and safety guidelines to lessen exposure to COVID-19.
However, there are still three ways to protest:
- Via U.S. Mail postmarked NO later than Aug. 20, 2020
- Via email to LCAssessor@co.larimer.co.us by 11:59 p.m., Aug. 20, 2020
- Via FAX to [970] 498-7070 by 11:50 p.m., Aug. 20, 2020.
