Larimer County has submitted its 2022 Third-Quarter Project and Expenditure Report on its use of Fiscal Recovery Funds. These funds, of which Larimer County was allocated $69.3 million, were provided through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA). The report shows that during the third quarter of 2022 Larimer County spent $1.4 million as follows:

  • $882,000 as reimbursement for eligible payroll costs in the Community Justice Alternatives Department
  • $384,000 in reimbursements under the county's Immediate Needs Grants program
  • $51,000 for testing, symptom monitoring, and COVID-19-related health services for inmates in the county jail.
  • $38,000 for a prosecution position in the District Attorney's Office.
  • $38,000 to complete a water system feasibility study for the Red Feather Lakes community
  • $29,000 as reimbursement for eligible payroll costs in the Sheriff's Office.
  • $7,200 for administrative costs
  • $6,900 for vicarious trauma training in the Community Justice Alternatives Department.
