New Colorado Counties property value map available

A new statewide property value change map for Colorado Counties can now be accessed online showing new value increases or decreases for the 2023 assessment year.

All of Colorado’s 64 counties, including Larimer County, voluntarily collaborated with the Colorado Assessors Association, and the Colorado Demographers Office in the Department of Local Affairs Division of Property Taxation to create the map, which can be accessed at https://gis.dola.colorado.gov/Residential_Value_Change/.

“This collaborative effort enhances greater public awareness of statewide reappraisals performed by county assessors,” said Larimer County Assessor Bob Overbeck.

By clicking/tapping on each county on the map an information box appears to display median value change information for agricultural, commercial, industrial, residential, and vacant land.
