- Checklist for information to successfully release a recorded Deed of Trust

- The fee schedule does not include Clerk & Recorder fees. For highlighted items on the schedule, the Public Trustee shall also collect $13.00 per document plus $5.00 for each additional page for documents recorded with the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's office.
- EXAMPLE: A one-page Release of Deed of Trust Form is $28.00, which includes a $15.00 Public Trustee fee and a $13.00 Clerk and Recorder recording fee.
