Crystal Mountain Flash Flood - July 15, 2022

On July 15, 2022, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a flash-flood incident which resulted in the deaths of two individuals near Crystal Mountain Road in Bellevue, Colorado. The decedents have been identified as Lisa Schilling, 36, and Liliana Arguello, 12, both of Littleton, Colorado.

A forensic autopsy was performed on both individuals on 07/18/2022 at the Larimer County Coroner's Office.

Chief Deputy Coroner Matt Canaga has signed the death certificates for both individuals as follows:

Cause of Death: Asphyxia due to Drowning 

Manner of Death: Acccident 

No other information will be released by this office.
