Larimer County property tax statements will be online via eNotices

Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee Irene Josey encourages property owners to sign-up for eNotices to receive their property tax statement with no delays.

Tax statements and postcards will be mailed at the end of January 2024, for 2023 taxes payable in 2024, but signing up for eNotices will allow you to receive your statement quicker by having it sent directly to your email address vs. receiving a paper copy through the USPS.

eNotice authorization codes are temporarily unavailable as we prepare this year's tax roll. They will be available with the new tax statements no later than the last week of January. If you would like to be notified by email, please fill out the linked form.
