Adam Crowe is the Economic Development Manager for Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD). LCEWD connects people to meaningful work and businesses to talent and resources, improving our community’s economic wellbeing. Adam grew up in Estes Park and Loveland and settled in Fort Collins where he received a BA in History and Master’s Degree in Education from Colorado State University. In his free time Adam enjoys hiking the mountains and trying to keep-up with his busy family. Passionate about building a community that fosters business growth and meaningful employment for its residents, Adam is grateful to live in an area where so many other people share the same passions.

Audrey Snyder Welsh is deeply committed to driving positive change within food systems and communities by leveraging her expertise in business, sustainability, and social impact. With a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Global, Social, and Sustainable enterprises, Audrey champions the concept of business as a force for good, exemplified by her founding and development of three businesses focused on social and environmental impacts. Currently serving as a coordinator with USDA and CSU’s NWRM Regional Food Business Center, Audrey plays a crucial role in collecting data to assess the Center's performance and impact, particularly in supporting local small and mid-tier producers and ranchers. She actively advocates for the unique needs of small businesses within the food system, evidenced by her involvement with the Poudre Food Partnership and Northern Colorado Foodshed Project, where she aligns funding opportunities with technical assistance programs to nurture growth and resilience at the local level. Additionally, Audrey volunteers for the Larimer County Agricultural Advisory Board and the Adventure Cycling Association, further demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and sustainable practices.

Eric Fried has been the Larimer County Building Official since 2012. He first joined Larimer County government in 1997 as a building inspector and later a code compliance officer. He is an active member of the Colorado Chapter of the International Code Council, the county's Damage Assessment Coordinator during disasters, and a board member of Ranked Choice Voting for Colorado. A native of Brooklyn, New York, a 1980 graduate of Harvard College, and father of four children (three are triplets) Eric has long been concerned with human-driven climate change because he wants his children, their children and everyone's children to be able to enjoy a stable, human-friendly climate

Gretchen joined the Larimer Conservation District in early 2017, bringing over 10 years of experience in natural resource management and collaborative conservation to serve communities within Larimer County. Working across program areas, Gretchen has helped build the Larimer Conservation District's history of success in the Forest Restoration and Riverscape Restoration spaces. These two programs have served over 100 private landowners throughout the county, contributing to 4,000+ acres of mechanical forest restoration treatments, and over 4 miles of planned stream restoration projects.

Jess Callen is the Ag and Natural Resource Specialist for Larimer County CSU Extension. She recently graduated from CSU with a masters in Soil and Crop Science and has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Biola University. In her current position she works with the county, CSU, and local organization to address the current needs of local agricultural producers. Her main expertise is in soil health, hence being the CSFR soil health action champion.

Josh is the Mitigation Coordinator for Larimer OEM, coordinating disaster mitigation programs to help reduce risk and the impacts of disaster. Josh has over 15 years of experience at state and local emergency management agencies and has responded to over 30 state and federally declared disasters and large-scale special events. Josh has a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration and Planning from the University of North Texas, where he was awarded as “Alumni of the Year” in 2016.

Lori Hodges has over twenty-five years of experience at both the state and local levels in the emergency services and emergency management fields. Her education includes a Master’s Degree in Defense Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security, a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Lori Hodges currently works as the Director of Emergency Management for Larimer County in Northern Colorado.

Meegan Flenniken manages the Land Conservation, Planning and Resource Division of the Larimer County Natural Resources Department. Meegan oversees the Department’s land acquisitions, property management planning, capital project management, natural and cultural resource stewardship and trails programs. She received her M.S. in Natural Resources from Colorado State University and B.A. in Biology from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to Larimer County, she worked in planning and resource management for the City of Colorado Springs Parks Department and City of Boulder Open Space Department.

Rebecca Everette is the Larimer County Community Development Director. She previously served as the Planning Manager for the City of Fort Collins and has 15 years of experience in long-range planning, land use regulation, natural resource protection, and development review. She has also worked as an environmental and community planner with Logan Simpson Design and AECOM, consulting on projects for municipal and federal clients nationwide. Rebecca received a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of Colorado Denver and a B.S. in Natural Resources Recreation & Tourism from Colorado State University.
