The Recording Department will offer additional passport appointment times December 22–24 and December 29–31 for first-time applicants and renewals for minors (17 and under).

The very point of recording a document is to make them public for all time. Please use caution when recording a document that contains information you consider to be of a sensitive nature, as the entire public will have access - online or otherwise - to all the contents of your recording.
