On 11/21/2022, the Larimer County Coroner's Office responded to investigate an officer-involved shooting which occured near Crossroads Boulevard and Fairgrounds Parkway in Loveland, CO. 

The decedent was transported to the Larimer County Coroner's Office where he was identified as Justin Anderson, 51, of Fort Collins, CO. A forensic autopsy was performed on 11/22/2022 by Forensic Pathologist Joe White, M.D. 

Dr. White determined the following: 

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wound of the Head

On 09/24/2022, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to the 600-Block of East 29th Street in Loveland, CO, to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.

The decedent has been identified as George Pierce, age 58, of Loveland, CO.

A forensic autopsy was performed and revealed the following:
Manner of Death: Accident.
Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt Force Injuries.

There will be no other information released by this office.

On October 2, 2022, Larimer County Coroner’s office responded to the death of a student at Colorado State University’s Durward Hall in Fort Collins, Colorado.

On 9/18/2022, a motorcycle collision occurred in a private parking lot in the 3600 block of Manhattan Avenue in Fort Collins.

On 8/17/22, a motorcycle and sedan crash occurred on Highway 34 near County Road 29 in Loveland, CO.

On 09/08/2022, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a death on Highway 66 in Estes Park, CO.

On August 22, 2022, Larimer County Coroner's Office responded to a death at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland.

On July 28, 2022, Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to a death scene in the 300 block of Pavo Court, Loveland, Colorado.
