Meeting Agenda and Minutes

The Rodeo Board works in an advisory capacity, in conjunction with the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo Executive Committee, to plan and conduct the annual PRCA sanctioned rodeo at the Larimer County Fair.



General Membership Requirements:

  • PRCA or WPRA card carrying member or member of the American Team Roping Association, United States Team Roping Championships, Wrangler Team Roping Championships.  Membership or experience in another similar organization may be considered for substitution for this requirement at the discretion of the Board of County Commissioners
  • Larimer County resident at least 18 years of age
  • Comprehensive knowledge of rodeos and rodeo events, stock contractors, contestants, contract acts, and PRCA/WPRA rules and regulations
  • Prior involvement with, and a strong interest in, the Larimer County Fair and Rodeo

Meetings are held the 1st Tuesday of the month from January-August from 3:30-4:15 p.m. at the Ranch Events Complex,  5280 Arena Circle, Loveland.  The date, time and location of meetings are subject to change. Changes will be noted on the meeting agenda. Meetings are open to the public.
