Administrative Matters
These meetings are typically held at 9:00 am (Mountain Time) on Tuesdays, unless they are marked canceled in the agenda. The first half hour of the meeting is reserved for Public Comment Ground Rules. The remainder of the meeting is to handle routine administrative items or to discuss operational issues with staff.
Work Sessions
A work session is a discussion between staff and the Board of County Commissioners. No decisions will be made during a work session and no public comment is taken during these meetings.
Land Use Hearings
A Land Use Hearing is a public hearing and decision-making meeting for land use items. Land Use Hearings are typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday at 3:00 pm (Mountain Time). Items of high public interest will be heard at 6:30 pm (Mountain Time) one Monday a month. Additional meetings are occasionally scheduled and will be posted here.
