  • Day One: September 24th, 4–9pm
  • Day Two: September 25th, 4–9pm


The Larimer County Extension Office is proud to offer Certified Food Protection Manager training in partnership with the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment to help you stay compliant with Colorado’s 2022 FDA Food Code.
 

What’s Included

  • 8 hours of instructor-led NEHA training
  • ANSI-accredited exam (widely accepted across the U.S.)
  • Textbook and supplemental printed training materials
  • Proctored exam at the end of class


Registration

You may register up to 5 people at a time.

The class fee is $175 per person and includes: textbook, class, printed training materials, and the proctored exam.

During registration you will choose how to receive your training materials:

  • Have your book shipped directly (for an additional fee)
  • Pick it up at our office: 1525 Blue Spruce Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80524.


Please note that classes may require rescheduling if registration is low.  You will be contacted by the instructor if this is the case to discuss options. 
 

Cancellation

Any cancellation received 72 hours prior to class date may reschedule at no charge. If you cancel less than 48 hours before class or don’t show up, you must re-register and pay a new class fee in order to attend a class.
