Explore the Living Legacy of Roberts Ranch

Tucked into the foothills near Livermore, Colorado, Roberts Ranch stretches across 16,500 acres of grasslands, canyons, and ridgelines. For centuries, this land has been a crossroads of stories, first home to Native peoples, later a stop along the Overland Trail, and since 1874, a working cattle ranch passed down through the Roberts family.

Today, thanks to a landmark conservation effort led by Larimer County and partners, Roberts Ranch remains both a working cattle operation and a protected open space—ensuring its history, culture, and ecology will endure for years to come.
