Janine Ledingham is the Associate Director of Economic Development for Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD).  She brings 15 years of experience driving regional economic growth, fostering public-private partnerships and serving and supporting businesses across Colorado. She has held leadership and business consulting and training roles with Small Business Development Centers statewide, served as a Director with the Longmont Economic Development Partnership, and worked as Regional Director for Colorado’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership where she championed the needs and served primary manufacturers.  She also brings corporate insight from her work in the corporate strategy group of a Fortune 500 telecommunications company.

A native Coloradan, Janine earned a BA in History from Trinity University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. Deeply committed to the prosperity of her home state, she is passionate about advancing smart economic growth, fostering inclusive prosperity and enhancing community placement efforts.

Outside of work she enjoys recreating in the great Colorado outdoors, traveling, and reading.  She values the vibrant spirit of Northern Colorado’s business community and leadership.

Kelsey Baun

Regional Talent Program Manager

Kelsey serves as the Regional Talent Program Manager for LCEWD and is proud to represent Northern Colorado as a fifth generation Coloradoan. Kelsey is a two time Colorado State University Alumni - including her MBA in social sustainability - and has worked the past decade in education reform, social impact consulting and community resiliency.

Kelsey believes in the power of reciprocal relationships and prioritizing innovation for fostering holistic & long-term community success. In her free time, Kelsey loves to watch Liverpool soccer, go whitewater kayaking, and enjoy a delicious beverage on one of Fort Collins glorious establishments patio's.

Adam Crowe

Economic Development Manager

Adam Crowe is the Economic Development Manager for Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD). LCEWD connects people to meaningful work and businesses to talent and resources, improving our community’s economic wellbeing. Adam grew up in Estes Park and Loveland and settled in Fort Collins where he received a BA in History and Master’s Degree in Education from Colorado State University.

In his free time Adam enjoys spending time the mountains and trying to keep-up with his busy family. Passionate about building a community that fosters business growth and meaningful employment for its residents, Adam is grateful to live in an area where so many other people share the same passions.

Sandra Jackam

Economic Development Coordinator

Sandra plays a key role in Larimer County’s business retention and expansion (BRE) efforts by meeting with employers to understand their needs, address challenges and connect them with the right resources. Her work directly supports local sector partnerships with specific workforce development and business-to-business networking initiatives. She works closely with economic development partners, K-12 and higher education institutions, and workforce programs to strengthen businesses and ensure they have the talent pipelines needed to thrive. With deep expertise in workforce development, Sandra helps companies align strategies for recruiting, upskilling, and retaining talent.

Her professional background spans private and public sectors in human resources, adult and secondary education, human services case management, and more than a decade of coordinating internships, giving her a unique perspective on how to bridge education, workforce, and industry. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections that drive both business success and community impact.

Sandra is a graduate of Kent State University with dual studies in Business Administration and Spanish History and Literature. Outside of work, she restores and recharges by running, hiking, skiing, enjoying live music, and spending time with family.

Nancy Murray

Apprenticeship Consultant

Nancy is a go-to partner and resource for businesses looking to grow their workforce through registered apprenticeships. She makes it easier for businesses to tap into the power of apprenticeships—clearly explaining the process, helping them build or join programs, guiding them through the registration process, and connecting them with the support they need to succeed.

Nancy brings a strategic focus to her work, leveraging her role to expand business capacity and promote economic resilience. She holds a degree in Political Science with a concentration in community development from Illinois State University. In her position, Nancy works to strengthen our regional workforce by fostering inclusive, high-quality career pathways. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and tending to her garden—continuously cultivating curiosity and growth.
