Branch Out is a free 8-week program for middle school-aged youth provided by CSU Larimer County Extension & Berthoud Community Library that will inspire and empower students to discover how time in nature improves mental, emotional, and physical health.

Program Details
Dates: Wednesdays, September 3–October 22
Meet-up: Fickel Park in Berthoud, 4:30pm
Pick-up: Berthoud Community Library, 5:45–6:00pm

Each session is guided by trained facilitator, Christa Timmerman, MPH, Certified NOLS Wilderness First Responder, and Health & Well-being Specialist with Larimer County CSU Extension.
Christa brings her passion for hiking, angling, gardening, and outdoor adventure to each session.
