Katy Lovoi

Kathryn Lovoi, PA-C, MMS 
Physician Assistant

Katy earned her certification as a physician assistant after earning her master’s degree in Medical Science from Midwestern University. Katy has over 13 years of experience, and has worked with Larimer County employees and families for over 10 years. She enjoys coupling her medical experience with coaching and wellness. Katy enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with her husband and three children.

Annie Stavros 
Physician Assistant

Annie received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been a certified physician assistant since receiving her master’s degree from George Washington University in 2016. She initially worked in the emergency department prior to transitioning to family practice in 2018. Annie is passionate about wellness education, preventative medicine and empowering patients to make lifestyle changes to improve their health. She is a Colorado native and in her free time enjoys traveling, playing tennis, paddle-boarding, hiking and skiing with family and friends.


Rachel McLean

Rachel McLean
Nurse Practitioner

Rachel McLean is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of RN experience. She earned her master’s degree in 2018 from the University of Northern Colorado. She enjoys the variety of family medicine and working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Rachel brings compassion and an evidence-based approach to her practice. She aims to meet each patient where they are to help guide them along their wellness journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family when the weather is nice, but she also loves a cozy day indoors with a jigsaw puzzle during the winter months.

Nicole Watson 
Medical Assistant & Care Coordinator

Nicole is a Colorado native who attended Colorado State University majoring in Biology and Chemistry. In her medical profession, Nicole has worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and phlebotomist. Nicole’s career also includes work in software support, sales, and restaurant management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, reading anything she can get her hands on, and volunteering at the American Red Cross and HOPE Worldwide. Nicole welcomes the opportunity to work with County employees and their families at the Wellness Clinic as they navigate their way to better health.

Avi Gonzalez
Medical Assistant

Avi Gonzalez is a dedicated Medical Assistant at Marathon Health with over seven years of experience in healthcare. She brings a strong background in community health, providing compassionate care to families and patients of all ages. Known for her commitment to patient well-being and teamwork, Avi strives to make every interaction positive and supportive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating meaningful moments with her family.


 

Meredith Reider

Meredith Reider 
Practice Support Specialist

Meredith is a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She has worked in the medical field for several years and is now transitioning into an administrative role to support the clinical care teams. Meredith prioritizes the patient’s experience and is happy to join the team at the Wellness Clinic to provide a wonderful experience to the employees of Larimer County and their families. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her adult children, crafting, painting, and telling jokes.


Chenoa Palacios

Chenoa Palacios
Medical Assistant

Chenoa is Colorado native, she began her medical assistant career at Stout Street Health Center, where she served the homeless community for over nine years. She later continued her career at Kaiser Permanente for nearly four years and was part of the largest healthcare strike in U.S. history in October 2023, advocating for both patient care and healthcare workers’ rights. She graduated high school at the age of 16 and completed medical assistant school at the top of her class. Outside of her professional work, she is a proud mother of six, a dog attack survivor, and a Stephen King fan. Known for her sense of humor and famously clumsy nature, she finds joy in the fall season—especially spooky season, her favorite time of year.


Angela Vargas

Angela is a bilingual healthcare professional with more than seven years of experience in clinical and community health settings. She graduated from College America in 2010 and worked at Planned Parenthood from 2010 to 2016, before returning to healthcare at the CSU Health Network from 2021 to 2022. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Angela is committed to providing accessible, compassionate care to diverse populations. Born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, she values family, community, and an active lifestyle. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time outdoors, family activities with her three children, and life at home with her two black-and-white dogs—a pit bull and a chihuahua.

Andy Stahl

Andy Stahl 
Physical Therapist

Andy has been a Physical therapist since 1997. He earned his Maters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. He has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. Andy has extensive experience in treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries, but he specializes in conditions related to the shoulder. Andy is a Colorado native and has lived in Fort Collins since 2000. He enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, hiking and spending time with his family.


Mia Ramsey

Mia Ramsey
Physical Therapist

Mia earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2002 from Northern Arizona University.  Her undergraduate degree is in Food and Nutrition Sciences (also from NAU).  Mia’s practice has primarily been in outpatient orthopedics, and she loves seeing a variety of patients.  She is an expert in Dry Needling and teaches this technique to clinicians around the country.  She has lived in Fort Collins since 2004 and loves this community!  She and her husband have raised two lovely daughters in Fort Collins and can’t imagine living anywhere else.  She enjoys outdoor adventures from skiing and snowshoeing to hiking, biking and paddle boarding.


Becca Rauch

Becca Rauch
Physical Therapist

Becca has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus and an undergraduate degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. She has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2012 and has worked in several outpatient orthopedic clinics in Northern Colorado. She can treat any musculoskeletal condition from head to toe but specializes in conditions related to the knee and is a board-certified Sports Physical Therapist. Becca is a Colorado native and has called Fort Collins home for over 15 years. She is an avid runner, enjoys boating, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.

 

Michelle Hately

Michelle Hately 
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign in business administration. After discovering her love for nutrition, she went on to complete her master's degree at Logan University and became a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2022. Michelle started her career in long term care and then transitioned to outpatient nutrition counseling at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Michelle is passionate about educating patients on making sustainable lifestyle changes to promote overall health and wellbeing. She works with her patients to find an individualized and tailored plan to help patients reach their goals. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and the outdoor activities of Colorado!
