Nectar Awards is an easy way for departments to recognize one or more individuals for a specific achievement all at once.

Benefits:

  • Ease of use for departments to award points, especially for multiple winners.
  • Departments are able to purchase the amount of points they would like to give out for the award. Amounts can be variable.

When to Use:

Awards can be used when there is a specific goal or activity you would like to recognize employees for, beyond your usual monthly allowance.

How it Works:

  1. Request: The department submits a request form to HR with the award details.
  2. Setup: HR creates the award in Nectar and assigns an Admin from the department.
  3. Award: The award will be shown in the Admin’s Nectar profile and they are able to give out the award to the recipients.
