Corrective Action Document coaching, policy/law violations, and previous notice(s)/discussions.

Notice of adverse action, or further corrective action if behavior/conduct continues.
Previously addressed, and/or more significant policy/law violation. Yes.
Pre-Adverse Action Document coaching and previous notices.

Notice of possibility of taking away pay or position.
Previous supervisory guidance, and/or corrective action, and/or egregious policy/law violation. Yes.
