Continuous Service Date

Continuous Service Date = Seniority in UltiPro

What is my Seniority Date?

If you were hired on or after January 01, 2003…
...then your Seniority date is the first of the month in which you were hired as a Benefited Employee.

If you were hired prior to January 01, 2003…

• If your hire date was on or before the 15th of the month, then your seniority date is the first of that month.
• If your hire date was on or after the 16th of the month, then your seniority date is the first of the next month.

What if I was a Temporary Employee and then moved to a Regular position?
When a Temporary Employee (Non-Benefited) moves to a Regular position (Benefited), their seniority date is based on the effective date of that Temp to Regular position change.
