Naming Convention for Documents
When sending documents to Payroll, please use the appropriate naming convention.
This makes it much easier to move documents around for payroll processing and personnel file retention.

If the PAF or Document is for a Temporary Employee, please add TEMP to the naming convention. Employee ID#_Last Name_TEMP PAF Action_PAF Action Effective Date (Example: 12345_Jones_TEMP New Hire_05.12.2016) OR Employee ID#_Last Name_TEMP Document/Item_Document/Item Effective Date |
You can use underscores or dots between the Naming Convention sections.
