Nicole Vasquez, Senior Income Maintenance Technician, received this thank you note from a client for helping them with the Burial Assistance Program

Thank You to Larimer County's Emergency Management Director Lori Hodges from the Assistant Chief of the Livermore Fire Protection District, Jim Herrington
Hi Lori. I cannot begin to tell you how great a job I believe you are doing for the county. Larimer County should have been doing this years ago but did not. You have set an incredibly high standard for OEM. You are putting a lot of thought into how to deal with the "what ifs" as well as getting organizations on the same page to deal with events. Even though Livermore is on the periphery of the urban areas and most of the activities, I know OEM will be there to support us pre-, during, and post incident.
Thanks for your work. You probably work too hard and don't get paid enough.
This email was sent by a Vehicle Licensing customer regarding the online appointment system and Vehicle Licensing Technician, Stephanie Ferguson
Just got back from getting plates for my new (to me) truck and wanted to comment about the amazing service. I showed up for my appointment, booked at the kiosk and before I could sit down was called to desk 4. Stephanie was friendly and quick to help. In and out in just a few minutes.
I am totally impressed. I expect you mostly hear the negative feedback so wanted to make sure that you get some positive; especially with the exceptional service.
Thank You
This email was sent to Pam Nielsen, Vehicle Licensing Manager, from a new resident to Larimer County regarding Marie Valadez - VL Technician
Pam,
I had the pleasure of being served by Marie at desk 2 today, July 9th, about 2:45.
After obtaining the VIN verification, I returned to her desk to complete the transaction and she was assisting a man who was extraordinarily rude, bordering on abusive. Marie handled the situation in a calm, patient, and pleasant manner, despite his wagging finger and refusal to accept that what he wanted could not be accomplished. If he makes any complaint, be assured that it is entirely unfounded.
Marie should be commended for grace under fire.
Thank you
