The LINC Data Governance Board leads the oversight and direction of the system. The Governance Board Members:
- Represent their agencies and the overall collaborative effort
- Decide what data their agency will share and identify data needs
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and technical experts
- Create, update, and implement data-sharing agreements, policies, and procedures
- Provide expertise, leadership, and strategic direction
The Board’s work ensures a balance between sharing valuable information and protecting privacy.
