The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a suspicious death in Berthoud.

On April 28, 2025 around 11:20 p.m., the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office responded to a suspicious death at a home in the 500 block of First Street. The victim was a 49-year-old female resident of Berthoud. As investigators are still actively working to collect information and evidence, additional details about the circumstances will not be released at this time. LCSO will provide further updates as the investigation allows.

The Larimer County Coroner’s Office will share the woman’s name, as well as cause and manner of death, at a later time. No other injuries have been reported.
