Investigation Concludes in Loveland Case Involving Council Member
The Larimer County Sheriff’s Office has finished the criminal investigation into a Loveland case involving a city council member.
In late March, LCSO received a request to investigate an incident that happened in Dwayne Webster Park. On March 29, 2025, multiple people got into an argument at the park, which is located in the city of Loveland. One of the individuals reported the situation to nearby Loveland Police officers. Upon learning that a Loveland city council member was involved, LPD requested that the Larimer County Sheriff's Office take over the investigation.
After collecting evidence and conducting interviews, LCSO investigators screened the case with the Eighth Judicial District Attorney. The following individuals were issued a summons:
- Lynn St. John (DOB 11/19/1953) - Harassment (class 1 misdemeanor)
- Alan Kujawa (DOB 09/18/72) - Harassment (class 2 misdemeanor)
- Campbell Kujawa Black (09/09/04) - Harassment (class 2 misdemeanor)
- Dillon Kaiser (DOB 01/21/83) - Harassment (class 2 misdemeanor)
The case has been referred to the District Attorney’s Office for prosecution, and no further information will be released by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office. Charges are merely an accusation, and defendants are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
