Larimer County Treasurer and Public Trustee Irene Josey reminds property owners that the deadline to pay the second half of their 2024 property taxes is Monday, June 16. The due date is typically June 15, but because it falls on a weekend this year, the deadline has been extended to the next business day.

This deadline applies to taxpayers who chose to pay in two equal installments, with the first half due on February 28. Payments not received by June 16 will become delinquent on June 17 and will begin to accrue interest as required by Colorado law.

For those who selected the full payment option, the payment was due April 30 and became delinquent on May 1.
