City of Fort Collins Affordable Housing Maintenance Grants

The City of Fort Collins is offering targeted grant funds to assist affordable housing providers with improving the comfort and energy efficiency of their rental properties.  These grants are for properties rented to voucher-holders.

All properties must be within City of Fort Collins limits and registered with the City’s rental registration program to apply.
