Treasurer encourages property owners to sign up for Email reminders

Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee Irene Josey is encouraging property owners to sign up for convenient email reminders about their property taxes and due dates. 

Subscribers will receive four email notifications each year:

  • A notice when property tax statements are mailed
  • Reminders for the first-half payment deadline
  • The second-half payment deadline
  • The full-payment deadline

Signing up is quick and easy. Visit https://apps.larimer.org/subscriptions/ and select Property Tax Reminders under the “News & Updates” section.
