Larimer County investigators arrested two men for trying to buy sex from children.

On May 14, 2026, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office conducted an operation targeting child predators. Investigators posed as minors selling sexual acts on local websites and forums. Several dozen people responded to the listings, and two men arrived at an agreed-upon location to buy sex. They were met by deputies who arrested and booked the men into the Larimer County Jail. These suspects face the following charges:

Hunter Rivera (DOB 03/30/02) of Windsor. Rivera was issued a $6,500 cash-only bond by the Larimer County Court.

  • Soliciting a Child Prostitute (F3)
  • Internet Luring of a Child (F4)
  • Cybercrime - Soliciting to Arrange a Minor Prostitute (F5)
  • Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child (F5)

Ismaaeel Abdur-Rahmaan (06/24/03) of Fort Collins. Rahmaan was issued a $7,500 cash-only bond by the Larimer County Court.

  • Soliciting a Child Prostitute (F3)
  • Internet Luring of a Child (F4)
  • Cybercrime - Soliciting to Arrange a Minor Prostitute (F5)
  • Attempted Sexual Assault on a Child (F5)

“Children are not property to be bought or sold,” said Sheriff John Feyen. “Human trafficking is modern day slavery, and we won’t tolerate it in Larimer County. I hope this operation sends a strong message. It doesn’t matter who you are, if you try to hurt kids in our community, you will be held accountable.”
