Courtesy orange tag notices for manufactured homes

The Larimer County Treasurer & Public Trustee’s Office will begin posting orange tag notices next week and continue through the month of September. These notices serve as a courtesy reminder for owners of manufactured homes with delinquent 2025 property taxes (payable in 2026) to make a payment by September 30, 2026.

Taxpayers have several convenient options for paying outstanding property taxes:

  • Online: Credit card, debit card, or eCheck (eCheck payments are free) atlarimer.gov/treasurer/pay

     

  • By Mail: Send payments to:  Larimer County Treasurer, P.O. Box 2336,  Fort Collins, CO 80522

     
  • Drop Box: Use the secure 24-hour drop box located at: 200 W. Oak St., Fort Collins, CO

To ensure accurate and timely processing, taxpayers should include their payment coupon and reference their schedule number on their check.
