Chalice Springfield is known as the Champion of Growth Mindset for teams who are ready to rise. Her robust set of tools did not come easily from her 30+ years in the business sector, but after becoming CEO of a large real estate company just before the housing crisis of 2008, and then successfully leading them through the maze of ever changing policies of the pandemic, Chalice realized her strategies were not optional, but necessary during times of transition. About Ann HutchisonAnn Hutchison, CAE, became President & CEO of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce on January 1, 2021. She started with the Chamber in 2003 as Policy Committee Coordinator and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2005. Before moving into the CEO role, Hutchison directly managed the communications and event departments, assisted in the day-to-day operation of the Chamber and managed issues and political advocacy as well as the Chamber’s Leadership Fort Collins and Leadership Northern Colorado programs. Most recently, she has been a key leader in the community pandemic economic Response, Recovery and Reignite efforts.

With over two decades of leadership experience, he has a proven record of aligning business needs with workforce strategies. About SeonAh KendallSeonAh Kendall, CPA, serves as the Economic Sustainability Director for the City of Fort Collins, where she leads a team focused on business retention, expansion, and talent/sector partnerships. With a background as a business owner and faculty member at Front Range Community College, she brings a deep understanding of the local economy to her work. SeonAh played a key role in developing studies like the Northern Colorado Industry Cluster Study and has extensive experience in economic recovery, including her work as the city's COVID Recovery Manager where she allocated nearly $40 million in emergency funding. |

About the PanelistsXavier Guerrero, CEM, LEED AP, is the General Manager of the Fort Collins Branch at Tolin Mechanical, with over 15 years of experience in HVAC systems and energy engineering. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Arizona and is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional and Certified Energy Manager. Kevin Kujala has dedicated his career to the HVAC industry, rising from an apprentice technician to a respected leader and business owner. He gained extensive hands-on experience, eventually owning and operating his own HVAC company. In his current role as an HVAC Service Manager, Kevin has transformed his service department into a major revenue driver, growing the billable service division to five times its original size in just seven years. He prides himself on mentoring technicians, improving workflow, and fostering an environment of customer satisfaction and team performance. Kevin believes that strong relationships and a focus on empowering his team are the keys to long-term success.
