Investing in Economic and Workforce Development Matters
When we invest in workforce and economic development, everyone in our community benefits. The partnership between people and businesses is the foundation of a strong economy. Whether it's assisting young adults in starting their careers, supporting veterans in finding new opportunities, or helping businesses grow, these investments make Larimer County a better place to live, work, and do business.

2024 Annual Report
We're proud to present the 2024 Annual Report from the Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (LCEWD) team. This year, we've focused on The Future of Work and the critical connection between business success and a skilled workforce, which is the foundation of our region's economic vitality.
Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development has taken a significant step forward in regional economic development by joining the CO|Align statewide Initiative. This collaborative effort brings together state agencies and regional organizations to create a more coordinated approach to economic growth in Colorado. The partnership will help streamline economic development efforts, reduce redundancies, and enhance our ability to serve local businesses and workers.
As 2024 draws to a close, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our residents and business community who make our local economy thrive. To our local businesses - thank you for choosing to grow here, create jobs, and contribute to our community's vitality.
To our residents - thank you for supporting local businesses, participating in our workforce programs, and helping build a more vibrant community.
