Visitation

Visitation has a start date of November 5th for treatment residents ONLY. Please note that ALL potential visitors will be subject to a background check. For any questions please contact the front desk (970) 498-7512.

PLEASE NOTE: Your application for visitation will only be processed once your resident is active in the program. Please do not apply for visitation until your resident has arrived. This will shorten the time it takes to process your application. 

Visitation is currently designated for Treatment and Level 1 residents only. This includes the MIRT, WINR, and STIRT programs as well as Level 1 residential clients.

Waitlist Times to Start Work Release
Due to community health concerns, Work Release intakes scheduled from January 10, 2022 through February 18, 2022 are postponed.  Contact our Intake Specialist at 970-498-7300 ext. 2607 for your new start date and time.
 
Waitlist times will be updated at a later date.

NOTICE:  On Wednesday, February 2nd, Larimer County is switching phone service providers at approximately 9:30 am.  If you experience delays when connecting to Community Justice Alternatives, Alternative Sentencing or Community Corrections, or if you get disconnected, please hang up and call back.
DRC Holiday Closures

Fort Collins DRC: 

- Thursday, November 24th Thanksgiving Day - CLOSED

- Friday, November 25th Day After Thanksgiving - OPEN (Normal hours, 10:00 am - 6:45 pm) 

Loveland DRC: 

- Thursday, November 24th Thanksgiving Day - CLOSED

- Friday, November 25th Day After Thanksgiving - CLOSED 

The Community Corrections Transport Unit (CCTU) provides 24/7 secure emergency and court transportation services for juveniles detained by local law enforcement agencies and the 8th Judicial District; coupled with security standby during screening and court directed furloughs. The unit also conducts transports of LCCC adult offenders with the continued growth of residential and treatment programs. 

Staff BBQ and Cornhole Tournament

In conjunction with our Summer Staff BBQ-- The Sunshine Coalition is hosting our 7th Annual Cornhole Tournament! 

 Wednesday, August 20th, at 9 am in the Far Back South Parking lot behind ASD. Staff BBQ from 11 am to 2 pm.

We will have 2 person teams competing division-wide in a single elimination contest of skill and accuracy.

There will be a non-winner bracket, (AKA loser bracket) coinciding with the tournament for those interested.

For only $10.00 per team (only $5.00 per person), you can join the fun!  

Money collected with be split 50/50 between the winning team and The Sunshine Coalition. 

Both bracket winners get a trophy to show off for the year!

Registration / Application for Work Release

If you are sentenced to Work Release, you must complete the online Registration/Application within 2 weeks of sentencing.  A start date will be provided to you once your registration/application is reviewed.  If your access to the internet is limited, we will assist you with registration by phone or in person.  Please contact us at (970) 980-2640 for assistance.
