Online payments will be accepted starting around January 12, 2026 for the Larimer County Treasurer through Municipal Services Bureau (MSB). Payments may be made by Electronic Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
There is a convenience fee charged by MSB for using this service. The fee schedule is as follows:
- Electronic Check: $1.50 per transaction
- Debit cards: 2.5% for transactions up to $118, then $2.95 flat fee per transaction ($2.00 minimum).
- Credit cards: 2.5% of the tax amount with a $2.00 minimum.
- For example, if your taxes are $1,000 the convenience fee will be $25. However if your total tax amount is $80.00 or less, the fee is $2.00.
This processing fee is charged in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes and is retained by the contracted service provider. Please click here for additional information.
