Community Clinics
The Larimer County Department of Health & Environment is offering low- or no-cost vaccines for individuals ages 4 and older who are uninsured, underinsured, or enrolled in most Medicaid plans. Vaccine clinics will be held at schools across the community. Here’s what to expect:
- Children: All school-required vaccines (based on supplies).
- Adults: MMR vaccine which protects against measles
- All eligible participants: Flu and COVID-19 vaccines as supply allows
Please note:
- Not eligible: Private insurance and CHP+ are not accepted at these clinics
- What to bring: Previous vaccine records and any school-issued vaccine letters
