Community Development Office Closed May 14, 8am-1pm
The Community Development offices will be closed on Thursday, May 14 from 8:00am-1:00pm for an all-department staff retreat. No walk-in services will be available during that time, and there may be a delay in responses to phone calls and emails. No building inspections will be scheduled that day. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

Larimer County staff will not invoice for hearing expenses without prior discussion. Bad actors may send phishing emails using public hearing information to request payment. If you receive a suspicious invoice, please verify first by contacting us at [email protected] or (970) 498-7683.
