On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a new fee schedule for planning and engineering development review fees, which took effect January 2, 2024. This action included authorization to annually adjust the Development Review Fee Schedule based on the same CPI index that is applied to the building permit fees.
Larimer County staff will not invoice for hearing expenses without prior discussion. Bad actors may send phishing emails using public hearing information to request payment. If you receive a suspicious invoice, please verify first by contacting us at PlanningCIRT@larimer.org or (970) 498-7683.
