Land Use Hearing Procedures for BCC & PC Hearings

The Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners hold regular public hearings to make decisions on land use matters, including development applications, rezoning requests, Land Use Code amendments, and long-range plans. Below is a link specific to “quasi-judicial” hearing procedures for development applications, where the Board or Commission is acting as a judge and final decision-maker on the matter.

All hearings and meetings listed below can be attended either in-person or virtually, unless otherwise noted. You must register via zoom to attend virtually.
