The Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners hold regular public hearings to make decisions on land use matters, including development applications, rezoning requests, Land Use Code amendments, and long-range plans. Below is a link specific to “quasi-judicial” hearing procedures for development applications, where the Board or Commission is acting as a judge and final decision-maker on the matter.
Attend a Hearing or Meeting
Unless otherwise noted, all hearings and meetings listed below are available to attend either in person or virtually.

Find a Hearing or Meeting
Use the Event Categories filter to view specific meeting types:
- Board of Adjustment
- Land Use Hearing
- Planning Commission Hearing
- Planning Commission/Commissioner's Work Session
Select a hearing or meeting in the Coming Up section to access:
- Zoom registration
- Meeting agenda
- Meeting packet
Agendas and Meeting Packets
Agendas and meeting packets are available one week before the scheduled hearing or meeting.
- The agenda lists the proceedings and topics to be discussed.
- The agenda packet includes the agenda and supporting materials the board or commission will use when making a decision or recommendation.
To view or download an agenda or packet, select the hearing or meeting in the Coming Up section, then click the Download arrow in the left-side menu.
Previous Agendas and Notifications
To view agendas from past hearings and meetings, use the calendar to select a previous date.
