Deputy District Attorney Positions
Entry level attorneys will be responsible for the prosecution of traffic and misdemeanor offenses, including DUI's and domestic violence cases. As an entry level Deputy District Attorney, you will be assigned to a courtroom and work with a team to cover all aspects of the prosecution of cases, including pre-trial negotiations, motions practice, hearings, and trial. Work done as a Deputy District Attorney I is usually supervised while in progress and fits a structured and established pattern, and generally, changes in procedures or exceptions are explained in detail as they arise.

Staff Positions
Support Staff positions including Legal Assistants, Victim Witness staff, Records Technicians, Investigators, and other Administrative positions are integral to prosecution services by providing trial support to Deputy District Attorneys and contributing to the overall efficient operation of the office.

Internships and Volunteer Opportunities
The Larimer County District Attorney's Office welcomes citizens and college or graduate students to apply for available internships and volunteer opportunities with us. We seek applicants who are teachable, motivated, and want to make a difference in our community through their service. Anyone 18 years of age and older who can successfully pass a background check may apply; however, for some positions, a degree or education in a specific field may be required or preferred. All internships and volunteer positions available at this point are unpaid except as otherwise noted.
