Talent Pipeline Report 2025 The Talent Pipeline Report analyzes and explains labor market information, highlights talent development strategies, and provides data-informed opportunities to enhance the talent pipeline in Colorado. For instance, the report identifies the top 100 jobs. These aren't just any jobs. They offer high annual openings, above-average growth, and wages that support a living wage in Colorado. From nurse practitioners (62% projected growth) to software developers (4,500+ annual openings) to wind turbine technicians, opportunity exists across a wide range of industries and education levels. 60 of these are Tier 1 jobs with median incomes above $86,320. 103 are Tier 2, paying between $52,978 and $86,319.
