- Commercial System Development Fees are charged at $0.22 per square foot for any new impervious surface based on surface coverage type ( or “c” value). Credit can be given for a surface such as gravel being replaced with asphalt or roof.
- Commercial fees are also applicable for Site Plan Reviews where no building permit is required but they are changing surface type from grassy/ native to gravels pavements etc. Example is outdoor RV storage or additions to parking lots. This fee needs to be collected at site plan review stage and prior to DCP issuance.
