SCOPE OF WORK
One mile of pedestrian/bicycle trail (CR 32E north to Timnath). Improvements include:
- 10’ wide concrete trail
PURPOSE
This project is planned to:
- complete the Poudre River Trail between Fort Collins and Greeley
BUDGET
$2,000,000
Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) and CDOT grants are funding a portion of the project costs
PROJECT STATUS
- Connell Resources has been awarded the construction contract for the trail
- trail construction started September, 2025
- trail construction completion expected spring of 2026
- advertisement for bids for fencing will close on December 3, 2025
- fence construction anticipated to be completed in Spring of 2026
- the trail will open once all of the trail work and fencing is completed
