Larimer County, City of Loveland, Town of Windsor and the Colorado Department of Transportation have completed a draft transportation overview of Larimer County Road 5 from Crossroads Boulevard to State Highway 392.
The corridor is along a jurisdictional boundary with these entities. They provide control and maintenance of sections on the roadway. The project aims to develop a consistent framework from which to plan for the future.
Long Term Overview
The project includes:
- Identifying the long term future roadway classification
- Determining components for an ultimate 4-lane roadway
- Reviewing access
- Incorporating public input
- Analyzing special event traffic
