The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment provides Phase I ESA reviews for interested parties. You should not submit a CORA request for this information. This review process includes the following environmental concerns:
- Emergency Response
- Solid Waste
- Hazardous Materials
- Underground Storage Tank Releases

Please note that no environmental site assessment can eliminate uncertainty regarding the potential for environmental conditions associated with a property. Performance of this record review is intended to reduce unknown environmental concerns in connection with a property, and this practice recognizes reasonable limits of time and cost.
