Environmental Property Records Reviews
The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment provides environmental property records reviews for interested parties. You do not need to submit a CORA request for this information. This process includes LCDHE records for the following environmental concerns:
- Emergency Response
- Solid Waste
- Hazardous Materials
- Underground Storage Tank Releases
- Methamphetamine Impacted Properties
Record requests may take up to 10 business days to process. If records are needed in a more timely manner, please call 970-498-6775.
Please note that no environmental site assessment can eliminate uncertainty regarding the potential for environmental conditions associated with a property. Performance of this record review is intended to reduce unknown environmental concerns in connection with a property, and this practice recognizes reasonable limits of time and cost.
